The objective of the WebStite is to educate people about the Lodz Getto. There should be an easy way of learning the history of the ghetto. This can be implemented in a kind of geographic approach using digital devices to learn about key places within the ghetto area.

People, for instance, can learn more about the infamous Baluty district, which made up most of the ghetto. This part of Lodz has often been seen as a poor, insignificant and neglected region of the city, but it is a historical place with great international importance. This project will also pay homage to the Jewish people who helped shape the color and character of Lodz and who also suffered indescribable losses during the war years.
